Binge Watching is horrible for sleep!!!

ALMOST EVERYONE’S LOSING SLEEP DUE TO BINGE-WATCHING

According to a survey that should surprise absolutely nobody, 88% of adults in the U.S. lose sleep due to binge-watching. And, this number jumps to 95% when it’s adults between the ages of 18 and 44. Americans have also postponed their bedtime to read, play video games and watch sports. (Tribune Ledger-News)
