Sam Hunt turned the Moody Center in Austin, Texas into his very own house party while performing at 2025 iHeartCountry Festival presented by Capital One on Saturday (May 3).

Hunt got the party started with, fittingly enough, "House Party," from his 2015 debut album Montevallo that proved to be a huge hit with the audience. With a backdrop of a house lit up with string lights, he promised to "bring the good time home" before getting up close with fans and walking into the crowd.

After "Kinfolks," from 2020's Southside, he launched into "Outskirts" from his 2024 project Locked Up. Hunt kept the album going with "Country House," which he told the crowd "reflects the life I'm currently living back in Tennessee and it's a dream come true." Before the song, he had shared how excited he is to be making music after recently taking a break from touring to spending quality time with his wife and kids.

Hunt went back to his debut album for the next two songs, starting with the genre-blending "Take Your Time" followed by "Break Up in a Small Town," another track with R&B influence that showcases just what it's like to end a relationship when both you and your ex live in the same town.

Hunt and his band kept the high energy going as they closed out the set with "Body Like a Back Road," another big hit with the crowd based on how loud they were cheering. Paired with the sunset backdrop, it was the perfect send off and a manifestation for long summer nights cruising with your loved ones.

In addition to his music, Hunt is gearing up to become a father of three as he and wife Hannah Lee Fowler are expecting a new addition to their growing family soon. Prior to taking the stage at the iHeartCountry Festival, he shared how it's going to be "all hands on deck" with baby number three.

Hunt first announced the news in a chat with iHeartRadio's Wayne D in November 2024, gushing over his life as a dad and saying, "I just feel very blessed to have another one on the way." The couple are also parents to daughter Lucy Louise, born in May 2022, and son Lowry Lee, born in October 2023.

Hosted once again by iHeartRadio's Bobby Bones, the 2025 iHeartCounty Festival had a full night of star-powered performances from some of the biggest names in country music, including Brooks & Dunn, Thomas Rhett, Rascal Flatts, Cole Swindell, Sam Hunt, Megan Moroney, Bailey Zimmerman, Nate Smith and special guest Dasha.
