Ciara Reflects On 'The Experimental Phase' Of Her Pregnancy Amid COVID-19

Ciara and Russell Wilson's second child, Win, was born without a hitch, but the pop star said that the pregnancy to her newborn son was certainly a different one amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Speaking on The Motherhood Juggle lifestream series with Tamron Hall, the entertainer, 34, recalled the experience, admitting that she attempted to learn as much about infants born amid the lockdown. "When we were learning about COVID, I was always looking for articles that would talk about infants when they’re born, and there wasn’t a lot of articles about that, so for me, I was like, I'm going to be one of those moms that are in the experimental phase of it all, too, to see what happens," the new WW ambassador admitted during the virtual interview. "So it’s definitely been a memorable one, an unforgettable experience."

After announcing their expectant child in January, she and Wilson welcomed Win in July. In a previous interview, the singer explained that the name was one that the pair had in rotation for quite some time, alongside other contenders. They ended up choosing Win over the others, as per Wilson’s initial suggestion. The superstar couple is already parents to daughter, Sienna, 3. Meanwhile, Ciara also shares son, Future Jr, 6, with her ex-Future.

In a recent Instagram post, Wilson hinted that he wants to expand his family with more children. Ciara, however, wasn’t too enthusiastic about the idea, telling the NFL player to "sit down" after he tossed out the suggestion.
