2 Dead After Being Trapped In Toledo Grain Silo

TOLEDO, Ohio - Two men are dead after becoming trapped in a grain silo at the Andersons facility on Edwin Driver.

WTOL 11 reports the employees became trapped around 9 a.m. Friday. Toledo Fire conducted a rescue operation for about two hours. TFD officials say the men were buried by grain in the silo and they were able to make contact with one of the men, but could not locate him inside the silo.

It's currently unclear how the men became trapped inside the silo.
